Covering an area of 3 hectares with a total investment of RMB 40 million, the project is fully equipped with Big Herdsman’s intelligent layer farming equipment. This integrates multi-tier farming with full-process automation, significantly reducing the reliance on manual labor typical of traditional models.

In terms of equipment, the farm features a multi-tier cage system paired with automated feeding and drinking lines to ensure precise and uniform feed distribution. A central egg collection system transports eggs off the ground to minimize breakage. Meanwhile, the efficient automatic manure removal system greatly lowers ammonia levels inside the houses and reduces labor intensity. Furthermore, Big Herdsman’s intelligent environmental control system and digital management platform automatically adjust house temperature and humidity, managing environmental variables with smart technology to make daily operations more standardized and hassle-free.

Currently, the farm houses a flock of 300,000 layers, producing 270,000 fresh eggs daily and 200,000 spent hens annually, with an annual output value of RMB 80 million. Big Herdsman’s intelligent equipment enables standardized control across the entire farming process, ensuring egg quality from the source.
