Feeding system-45 pan feeding line
  • Drive system: three-phase AC 380V, 50HZ, 1.5KW, protection grade: IP55; the box body is made of stainless steel 430, with good corrosion resistance; the driving/driven wheel is made of nylon and glass fiber, which can effectively reduce the wear with the chain-pan; the safety pin installed on the driving wheel can provide overload protection for the system.
  • Chain pan, the chain is welded with 20Mn2 round steel, the wire diameter is ф 5, the breaking force can reach more than 1.8 tons, and the surface is galvanized;
  • The chain-pan is made of modified nylon, with high strength and wear resistance, and the feeding capacity can reach 900kg/h
  • Corner parts: consists of shell made of stainless steel 304 with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, cast steel corner pulleys and stainless steel standard fasteners
  • Feed box: made of spangle-free hot galvanized sheet, with an average zinc layer thickness of 275g/m2. the feed box can be divided into two types according to volume (280L and 550L), which can meet the daily feeding needs of chickens
  • Feeding pipe: rolled with spangle-free hot galvanized sheet, with an average zinc layer thickness of 275g/m2, outer diameter of φ44.5mm and wall thickness of 1.2mm
  • Feed pan: the feed pan made of PP material with 14 grills is adopted for female, with an average feeding capacity of 12.5 female per feed pan.
  • Lifting system, manual lifting or electric lifting can be selected to adjust the height of feed line.
