To comprehensively enhance the team’s professional skills and collaboration efficiency, Bigherdsman officially launched the first phase of its 2025 project-specific training!
The two-day training integrates theoretical learning, field visits, interactive discussions, and other diverse formats to help participants systematically master project management skills throughout the entire process, laying a solid foundation for future practical application.
Training Highlights:
Icebreaker game:
At the beginning of the training, HR department trainer Li Li led the participants through a “Points of You” card game, linking the subconscious through cards and sharing personal experiences and stories, which significantly increased trust and closeness among the participants, bringing them closer together.
Project site visit: Participants visited the Licha Pig Farm project site, observing the advantages and shortcomings of the installation quality and on-site management. They learned from the strengths and marked the weaknesses with sticky notes, providing project engineers with deeper insights and understanding of project management.

Four project directors shared courses themed “My Military Career” and “Big Project Management,” using personal stories to inspire everyone to become the best version of themselves.
Cross-departmental loving exchange: In the “Confession of Love” segment, participants discovered their own strengths, learned to affirm and appreciate themselves, and empowered each other.
Group skills competition:
A special “Fan Assembly Speed Challenge” was set up during this training! The “speed + precision” challenge tested team coordination and professional skills, stimulating team collaboration. This was the most impactful segment for the participants.
Leadership Speech:
In the training speech, Senior Vice President Mr. Zheng sincerely thanked all the project engineers and emphasized, “The mission of a project manager is to embody and implement customer value. All decisions and actions must center on the customer’s interests, using professionalism and responsibility to solidify the foundation of trust.”
He encouraged the team to transform the training results into service effectiveness, continuously improving in practical applications, and working together to elevate Bigherdsman’s quality service to new heights.
