Nepal Automatic Broiler Cage Project

The new year begins with a new beginning. A idyllic breeding base located in the southern foothills of the beautiful Himalayas is carrying out broiler cage production in an orderly manner. The base adopts a fully automated high-end cage system, and all production links do not require manual operation, greatly improving breeding efficiency.

Since 2019, Big Herdsman has established a long-term strategic cooperative relationship with its Nepalese customers. The two sides have worked together for acrestual benefit and set an example of friendly cooperation between international units.

The project is designed as a 79mx16m 5-row 4-layer broiler cage with automatic chicken delivery, with 45,000 chickens in each cage. The cage system is designed to be fully automated – automatic feeding, automatic drinking water, automatic manure cleaning, automatic environmental control, and automatic chicken delivery, which greatly reduces labor costs, improves the delivery rate and European index, and realizes refined management of breeding.

Based on customer needs and local climatic conditions, the Big Herdsman design team provides optimal solutions in main material line feeding, environmental control cooling, reducing temperature differences, chicken discharge, and manure cleaning to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Yu Gong, a breeding expert, specializes in animal medicine and is well versed in scientific breeding. He has more than ten years of experience in customer breeding services. When the overseas epidemic was prominent, he chose to go against the flow and went to Nepal to provide customers with guidance and training on breeding environment and breeding technology, and served customers in ventilation design analysis, equipment improvement and other work, helping customers improve their breeding results, and was deeply trusted by customers.
