Philippines Broiler Breeder Project

The third-phase breeder project in The Philippines has been completed and delivered. The project integrates the breeding habits of local breeders in the Philippines, fully considers the matching degree of the customer’s production process and equipment layout design, and makes a fine design of feeding, ventilation, laying and other systems to make the customer’s breeding more efficient and convenient.

Our company has customized a set of automatic feeding procedures suitable for customer breeding process, from feed weighing, conveying to the lifting of the feeding machine, all realized automation, saving labor.

• The project adopts the Big Herdsman automatic egg collection equipment — auto nest system, effectively reduce the breakage rate of eggs and improve the hatching rate, control the ground eggs and save labor costs, easy to operate, durable.
• Closed breeding chicken requires absolute shading in the house. This project adopts full shading to meet the needs of breeding.

Due to the control of the epidemic, we could not timely send project engineers to the scene for guidance. In order to ensure the progress of the project, our company adopted online training and guidance to successfully complete the installation and debugging of the project together with the on-site installation team.
