3 Million Premium Layer Project

Build high-standard laying houses and brooding houses for laying hens, with a total of 3 million laying hens.

In view of Hainan’s high temperature and high humidity island climate characteristics, Big Herdsman provides a complete set of anti-corrosion and typhoon-resistant equipment solutions to extend the service life of equipment and reduce the risk of damage.

The project uses a full set of automated equipment from Big Herdsman. According to customer needs, it plans a large-scale, standardized ecological laying hen breeding model for 3 million chickens, equipped with high-end laying hen cage systems, automated feeding systems and egg collection systems, intelligent environmental control systems, high-negative pressure duct fans, and LED energy-saving lighting to achieve efficient and low-energy production of laying hen breeding. The project uses Big Herdsman’s Internet of Things breeding management system, and the entire production process is managed in the “cloud”, creating a new era of smart breeding farms with intelligence on the terminal, data in the cloud, and control on the screen.
