Big Herdsman Thailand Layer Project

2025-01-20

In the midsummer, the harvest is abundant. In Thailand, a modern egg-laying chicken breeding base has been put into production and is officially on the road to profitability! The project includes 8 modern caged egg-laying chicken houses, which is a well-known breeding base with a large scale and far-reaching influence in the local area.
The two newly added egg-laying houses are provided with a full set of customized planning and equipment by Big Herdsman. The project is designed as a four-row four-layer breeding mode, and the breeding capacity of a single house can reach 60,000. Compared with the conventional four-row four-layer chicken house, the breeding capacity has been significantly improved!
Under normal conditions, how does the Big Herdsman design team help customers achieve a larger breeding capacity? Faced with the hot and humid climate characteristics of Thailand, how to ensure ventilation and a suitable environment in the house? Today, let’s find out!

Max Grow
The project uses the Big Herdsman BH785 large cage system, with 13 chickens per cage. With a 4-row, 4-layer chicken house configuration, the single house can raise up to 60,000 chickens.

Maximize air volume
1. The project uses the 57′ wind tube fan of the Big Herdsman, which has large air volume, high negative pressure resistance, high efficiency and power saving.
2. In the project design, the design team uses a trumpet design at the rear end of the customer’s chicken house and installs all the fans on the back wall to maximize the fan air volume.

Clean energy, high efficiency and power saving
The project is equipped with solar power generation equipment, which can meet the power demand of most equipment in the field, and greatly save electricity costs while ensuring the breeding effect.
