Five high-standard six-row, eight-story cage laying hen houses and two pullet brooder houses were built, with a total of 600,000 chickens and a daily production of 550,000 fresh eggs.
The project uses a full set of automated equipment from Big Herdsman. The entire production process including environmental control, feed delivery, water supply, lighting, and manure cleaning is automatically controlled by the big data of the breeding Internet of Things, realizing the intelligence, digitization, and standardization of the entire farm.
The Internet of Things system, combined with the Big Herdsman BH9200 environmental control system, monitors and collects data such as temperature, humidity, and lighting in real time. It automatically controls the opening and closing of fans, small windows, wet curtains, and insulation doors to balance the environment in the house and ensure the health and comfort of the chickens.
