Thailand 500,000 Layer Cage Project

In this summer, Thailand’s 500,000 layer project is in full production and construction!The project consists of 6 layer houses (2 single houses with 50,000 birds and 4 single houses with 100,000 birds), and equipped with BH785 large cages newly pushed by Big Herdsman, each of which can raise 100,000 birds.The design of the project adopts the concept of high breeding, within the limited breeding cost control, to increase the income for customers.

Project progress: 70%.Four houses of the projects have been put into production, and two are in full preparation.

1. Grow more

BH785 large cage is a cost-effective cage equipment for layers developed by Big Herdsman. It can breed 13 birds in a single cage with a space of 452cm2.The size of 106x17x5m chicken house is equipped with 5 rows and 6 tiers, which can raise up to 100,000 birds each house, meanwhile it can raise 25,000 more birds than standard cage.Combined with the investment in civil construction, steel structure and equipment, within the scope of the customer’s budget, Big Herdsman designed a plan to increase the amount of breeding, to achieve a higher cost performance.

2. Environment customization design

In view of Thailand’s climate features of high temperature and high sun exposure, Big Herdsman designed sunshade rooms in cooling pad, central egg system and fan to avoid direct sun exposure of equipment and improve the service life.

3. Cooperation

The project will be installed in coordination with Party A. BH project engineer Mr.Sun, will be stationed at the site to conduct installation guidance together with project personnel from Thailand to ensure the progress of the project.
